The Tovelazer line is grouped by drive and steering configuration (these being the most significant characteristics in the look and application of the Tovelazer). The "drive" refers to the number of wheels to which the engine provides power, with options of two-wheel drive (rear), four-wheel drive (power to all wheels). The "Steering" refers to the wheels, which are able to turn and steer, the choices here are two-wheel steering (rear) four-wheel steering (which facilitates maneuvering in tight spaces) and crab (for the most challenging spaces). In applications where the terrain is more rugged, variable or wet, the four-wheel drive/ four-wheel steering models would be recommended. For application on solid surfaces such as pavement, asphalt or compacted dry soil the two-wheel drive/ two-wheel steering models would be recommended. With the Tovel line you have just the right power and steering modes to move you through any terrain or maneuver the job requires.

The most popular Tovelazer design that we sell is the four-wheel drive/ four-wheel steering, with two-wheel drive / two-wheel steering available for applications with higher operating capacities and stable ground.

With the four-wheel drive/ four-wheel steering the operator has the option of steering with the rear wheels or all wheels, plus engaging crab steering to enter the most difficult locations.

Name brand components


All the major components of the Tovel Forklift are purchased from brand name manufactures such as Perkins, Cummins, IVECO, John Deere, ZF, AxleTech, Funk, Case, New Holland, Dana, etc. The use of these components provides the highest standard of fabrication quality and the greatest availability of spare parts and after sales support.


Exceptional Visibility


With the high operator seating position, the low engine position and the 360 degree view around, the machine provides the operator with exceptional visibility of the area surrounding the forklift and the destination of the load.


Low Boom Mount


With the pivot point of the boom mounted very low the Tovalazer has a lower centre of gravity which enhances stability. The low boom mount provides greater visibility for the operator by providing an un-obscured view of the rear while moving and raising the load. The integration of the counter weight and the low boom mount increases the structural integrity of the Tovelazer due to lower stress on the frame from twisting and torque action of carrying and lifting a load.


High Ground Clearance


By utilizing the attributes of the axles the Tovelazer is designed to maximize the ground clearance to ensure that, even in the softest terrain or the deepest mud, the Tovelazer will carry-on where our competitors do not dare.


Secure Operator Compartment


With the value of the investment in the Tovelazer security in the absence of the operator is critical. With the standard canopy, the Tovelazer is equipped with a lockable plate to cover the ignition switch and all the gauges, providing protection from vandals.


Secure Engine Compartment


If the engine doesn't run; the work doesn't get done. The Tovelazer is equipped with a standard locking engine compartment, to protect the heart of the unit from vandalism or theft of valuable components.


Rugged


Relates to the equipment's ability to overcome the most difficult applications and handle the maneuvers of the most experienced operators. With a Tovelazer, when the job needs to be completed, challenges such as sand, rain, mud or snow will be overcome. The design of the Tovelazer incorporates heavier plating than competitors' products, along with components having specifications that exceed the applications requirements. A Tovelazer is made of All-Steel construction, with no plastic or fiberglass exterior panels which reflect normally occurring minor impacts more prominently.


Simple


Simple refers to the lack of superfluous complexity in the various systems on a Tovelazer. As much as possible. a Tovelazer is designed to rely on "tried and tested" technology and methods rather than catering to hi-tech for the sake of trendy technology. Controls are at the operators' fingertips, with intuitive location for handles, switches, gauges and levers. There are no additional plastic covers in the engine compartment to hide components, and the hydraulic lines are direct runs without breaks and complicated routing. Where technology provides benefits, such as environmental engine controls and joystick functionality, they have been incorporated into the product line to enhance capabilities.


Serviceable


Serviceable stems from expertise gained by manufacturing standard and industry specific equipment for customers in a number of industries. Experience in the automotive, agricultural, construction, industrial and marine industries, coupled with hands on knowledge of servicing various makes of machinery designed for all of these industries, has enabled the Tovel engineers to design Tovel product lines for easy access to all routine service points. Our belief is that a product that is easy to service will run longer, be more reliable and have a lower cost to operate.
